it is a very well set out course which makes it easy to follow and understand
Having completed countless MH training over the last 25 years I found this to be a refreshingly different approach.The content interested me as it explained the human mechanics behind the need for MH not just the traditional mantra of bend knees, keep back straight!I thought it was well paced and explained MH principles without using jargon and in a way that would be relevant to anyone.Well done for a great course!
