Quite user friendly but takes longer to complete than is meant to.
I thought the course was comprehensive and I thought it a good idea to break up each section with a one question quiz. That being said, the material was very basic and slow to progress though if you already knew most of it. I thought the data about damage to your back was interesting, though not very applicable to the practise of manual handling. Perhaps a shorter course with just the demonstration videos (by far the most important part of the course). You could then have a longer, or even more in depth quiz at the end to ensure people actually know the material and are not just lazy.

Very informative but the test I feel needs to be with more questions and 5 selection of answers rather than 3
I learnt a lot about the biology of back that I didn't know - spinal disks More bad pratice examples would be good to drive the point home
ridiculous have to redo same training every year. should be option to undertake test straight off then only have to redo training if don't achieve a certain level.
