I found the course to be full of pointless examples to turn something that would take 5 minutes to take 30, the first part I think I was threatened about 6 times how I will hurt myself, I feel terminology needs to be updated to be more informative than demanding and it needs to address how people usually lift as to how they should. It also shows a graph where women can carry a substantial amount less than men this is just wrong, I've seen Janice lift and she can lift 3 - 4 times more than me. The information was there but I lost interest after about 2 minutes where all I had heard was not here is how you lift .... but welcome to the world lets start at the dawn of time .... and then the first human was born ... he has a back .... lift ... don't twist ... or you will feel PAIN!
