I found the pace a little slow but as it has to suit all abilities it was ok. In Section 3 the wording below (when describing how to lift from the floor) did not match the video. It was ahead of eth pictures so it made no sense!

Arguably this is mostly common sense stuff, but it pays to be reminded of these things, to make you stop and think. The specific advice on how to handle heavy objects by distributing weight diagonally was very helpful.
This course was fantastically good. I enjoyed it so much I told my friends and family about it. The annunciation was exceptional.
The course is very user friendly and simple enough for all to understand. The mixture of audio and visual material makes the facts easier to digest.
