Good demonstrations, relevant and informative as to how a light item is magnified strain on your back if lifted inappropriately.
As a computer based course this hits all the marks required and includes a lot of good information regarding the long term effects of not following the simple steps and why back pain takes so long to heal if ever.
Informative and to the point
Firstly spinal discs are correctly referred to as intervertebral discs. Also a dumbed down review of the anatomy of the spinal column is unlikely to be required for staff with a veterinary degree.
