The manual handling course is a simple and effective set of instructions on how to lift things. It is therefore easy but extremely important!
professional product. Wasn't keen on listening, but used this is conjunction with subtitles which was better
Very frustrating as could not get the subtitles up again on going back to resume the training..... got every one in the practice to try to find them......no luck..... we have no sound card on our computers therefore need the subtitles. Oh where was the speak bubble icon when I needed it.....completed the test in silence and no subtitles and took the test!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the course was well presented, relevant and easy to understand with good use of video demonstrations and useful diagrams of the body - back in particular and how it operates. I will be able to apply the principles both at home and at work and in fact to all aspects of life.
Very Informative about how the back works and the problems that can occur if not lifting the correct way.
