Really good training course. Easy to understand and navigate round the screen. I work in quite a noisy office so having the subtitles was very valuable instead of having the volume up.

Clear and concise and able to review before the straight forward test. It would be nice to see a slide or two on how to cope with carrying loads up & down slopes (such as wheel chair ramps) and single steps as not all buildings are flat. Very Good that the videos use everyday samples such as Computers & boxes of paper reams.
This is very beneficial training programme that is a recognised qualification. This enables employees to go through relevant training without a detriment to the operation.

A very user friendly program with a clear, concise message, simply presented.
It was difficult to stay awake. It was too simplified and not very interesting. I did the asbestos programme and would give it 4*, as it was much better, more interesting and informative.
