Very informative & easy to understand. Relevant to life outside work as well. Mostly stuff I already knew but doing the course gave me time-out to focus on the importance of doing ordinary everyday activites properly.

A well planned and put together short duration course. Clear and Concise, delivered within a sensible time frame, the message and learning points were clear. The short test at the end of each module helped to reinforce the key message from the session, which I liked. Had a couple of niggles during the session - my screen resize was a small issue, but having utilised the online chat option, I was able to resolve. However, that resulted in my screen going dark and me having to log out and back in. The test module also froze on question 2 so again need to log out and back in. Overall I good experience.
