Straightforward, clear explanations and reasons we use manual handling techniques. Good presenters who are thorough and never patronising.
I was trained over 30 years ago by the NCB in the techniques of KINETIC lifting in a mining environment ( cramped surroundings, uneven floors, bad environments.) In view of where UPS's generally wind up being sited , this type of manual lift training may well be more appropriate to the engineers than. I may add - I have never suffered a sore back from work , rest or play.
A very good and easy to follow course.
Course was a stark reminder of how my back works and how it is my responsibility to look after it no matter where I am based. It informed me as to how important it is to prepare for manual handling and I learned proper lifting techniques.
I found the course very interesting and worth the time to do it. It has given me a more understanding of the way our Bodies work and also the need to ask for HELP. Which can only benefit each one of us.

Usable guide in learning to safely manually lift, carry and put down loads.
The course explained matters, rather than just stating them, making them easier to learn and retain.
