Very informative and simple to understand
Great introduction to the basics of manual handling. It would be useful to include some case studies and real-life situations, such as lifting wearing Personal Protective Equipment (gloves could be slippery!), informing people present in the environment or on the walk path that the person will be moving heavy or bulky loads to ensure they keep clear or don't disturb clearance made in preparation of lifting, etc. Also on the medical side, I don't remember the video mentioning that human back could self-heal efficiently when the source of stress is removed or reduced for a sufficient time.
Had to try and access on numerous occasions. This was very frustrating and time consuming
Its amazing how easy it is to get it right if you think first and this course makes you think....
