Interesting and informative course.
Usually, Manual handling is carrying out in working environment and always try to complete the conveying heavy weight as quick as possible. Learnt in this presentation, carrying weights directly affect to spine and always try to carry limited weight with the others support. The course well structured and properly convey the above message to us..
Found the content excellent and informative, especially the use of the videos showing live examples of how to lift etc

I enjoyed the course. Good explanations. Only problem is with the actual application where if a calendar meeting comes up the programme stops and you have to start again or if you pause the video and come back you have to start again. Otherwise excellent.
