A very structured presentation of the material with review notes at the end of each section. Simple to follow and easy to complete in a relatively short session.

The principles of the course were good but I felt there was irrelevant information that if anything just wasted time. I don't need to know how many bones the body has or how many meters of skin I have to learn about manual handling.
