A nice clear presentation explaining the basics using short videos and bullet points. Very clear and easy to understand. Nice length too, straight to the main points, no waffling

An easy to use short course
Easy to use, interesting and informative. I suffer from a bad back after a fall so will find the tips on lifting very useful. The only negative is the sound kept jumping in places.
I enjoyed doing this course, it would be good though to be able to have it in book or leaflet form so you have it to hand all the time.
