A bit pedestrian, scripted and the actual lifts are too posed, it would be more realistic for the presenter to speak "normally" and to use proper loads rather than empty boxes. Otherwise it's a very informative course.
I found this course to be very easy to understand and use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs manual handling training.
