I found a couple question misleading but still good to know

An excellent resource with a blend of video descriptions and textual summaries. Very easy to understand and follow
I was able to complete the Manual Handling course in a calm and relaxed environment. The module suited my training and learning preferred style. I was able to identify further research tailored to my needs. Another huge benefit was the one to one training and the ability to practice the lifts without embarrassment or holding up other people with questions.
Very well presented concise & easy to follow. Major points emphasised. Test could have been harder, found the questions to be rather easy compared to previous manual handling courses I have attended through work.

This course is fine for people who lift and shift small, square boxes, indoors in the dry, that are nice and light. Totally impractical and impossible to apply these principles when loading heavy suitcases into a coach locker.
Good course - to be reminded how easy it is to damage ourselves going about our everyday tasks was relative and informative.

Good course, never actually taken a manual handling course before so made me think about the whole process of lifting.
