useful knowledge for everyday life not just work
Will make me stop and think the next time I carry a heavy load. We have to be aware of all aspects of the lift/ load, and that getting it wrong can adversely affect ourselves and others.

I like how it is varied including speaking, reading, watching all at the same time which allowed me to remember important details to use ongoing.

I am now in my later years, but has a young man,I did a lot of weight training and was aware of the need to lift heavy weights, over 200 lbs above my head safely, without bending my back and using my knees to springboard the weights above my head,so a lot of the information was already in my head. However,I have still learned a few more things from this course which I will put to use.
The Test should have given the "are you sure" option as the two incorrect answers were misclicks
I have only rated this as 3 stars because it felt like being taught how to "suck eggs". I would question how many people actually practice the methods shown in this as they seem a little exaggerated. I appreciate the costs incurred in poor manual handling, but it felt like a box ticking exercise, which isn't necessarily your fault.
