Broken down into easy to swallow pieces. Tests you as you go and a good test at the end to see if you realy was listening ! Ideal.

In general, quite good - the near-constant audio means it helps keep you from being slowed down or hindered if you have problems with lots of reading ( e.g. eyesight or dyslexia). The course is peppered with occasional questions to make sure you're paying attention, which also helps with retention. If there were a way to improve it, I would suggest slightly more interactive parts (more questions or activities to test and help retain the information), and also make the segments larger as constantly pressing the 'next' arrow after sometimes less than 60 seconds got a bit tedious by the end of the thirty something minute course.
