A very useful course to work with
Really good informative course and was enjoyable to compolete and feel much more confident with manual handling.One thing i have caught out in the course is There was one of the videos when the man and the woman were lifting the table but the man was lifting the table with only his fingers, Previously in the course it actually says you should use your palms as well with your hands to grip the object.
THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND INFORMATIVE
Simple but effective, highlights bad habbits we are not always aware of and gives you food for thought !
