This is a good basic introduction into manual handling. It explains and shows how to move objects safely. I particularly liked the section on the structure of the spine. Not everyone realises how important it is to look after your back. I was slightly annoyed at getting one wrong as I meant to click on the correct answer and twitched on the incorrect answer, but overall I am happy with what I have learned.
I found this learning tour very informative, regarding the spine and joints. The simple way it was presented helped me to digest the facts even though my domain is very distracting and heavily populated at times.
