I liked it as I have a back condition and could relate to the issues. this course whilst directed at Manual Handling would also be good for people with back problems to get to understand what is happening with their body. usful to GP's etc. As regards the principles taught I thought they were well thought out and well presented. It is web based so can be done when convenient in a busy work schedule. I am now interested in doing some of the other courses supplied

Not sure whether it is the companies internet connection or the loading time of the videos, but this took over an hour to complete due to loading times. not 35 Minutes as stated.
