this course was very helpful for me in my every day environment on the farm
Easy to follow course. A good idea to mention that all the training applies equally to home life as well as to work life. Other courses I have done about lifting safely suggest tucking your chin in as a way to make sure your back is straight. If this is still true it might be worth mentioning in the course.
