I personally dreaded doing this course as I find it very unsettling having to do a test at the end. After deciding to get on with it, I found it very interesting and informative regarding my well-being towards lifting and placing heavy goods. Normally I wouldn't think twice about how I picked up a load and moved it from A to B as long as it got there. Now I'll make sure that I've got my "Lite" switched on in future for my own safety.
