Good, easy to follow advice and instruction, with a meaningful text at the end. A few minor suggestions. 1. 'slipped disc' is vernacular and the image of a disc slipping is unhelpful. Referring to the term is alright because people recognise it, but to repeat it in the question at the end of the section suggests that it is the offiical term. 2. At some point the voice over says that we are all different: male, female, strong, weak, big, small. Gender is of no relevance here, while the other points are.
Good course for making people aware of safety.
A good course and helpful to make you understand about how lifting the wrong way can affect you and your working practices as well as your everyday routine
This course is vital for everyday life and there should be more.
Great content but spoiled by the glitch when trying to answer questions during the test "your answer cannot be saved" came up a number of times - very frustrating. Get this right and this is a top notch package.
It is a very informative and practical course. It is very easy to use and quick to finish.
I think the course is very good. lt help me very much reading in polish and l understand better.
The course was very easy to follow allowing you to go back over anything at any time. The thought of 20 questions was daunting but they were clearly set out and everything had been covered in the course.
