Much better than having to take a full day out to complete. Also, took more knowledge on board as I had to stay focussed. Thanks

One example showing a person on a step-stool handing a load to another person. This showed no planning on the part of either person to assess if passing the load was safe. If any particular skills are required to pass a load from one person to another, these we no alluded to. the recipient of the load had not determined the weight, for example.
