Hi very informative, the contents were good simple to understand great graphical examples and scenarios to enhance thoughts in relation with the real world work place environment.

The programme was fine, it told you what you needed to know, it was informative and useful, I did find it a little bit boring as I ve done them s few time before, although if you had never done a programme like this it would be fine.
