As I suffer from back issues I found this helpful.

I enjoyed the training and had fun and liked reading the teachings given as I remembered some of what I had learned and used it at work which felt pleasing for some reason. Very good except that when the lady was demonstrating how to push a trolley her hands were below her waist when it said they should be between waist and shoulder.
An interesting and very informative review of the effects of manual handling; the explanations and details regarding the back and spine were particularly interesting.
