This programme is very easy to follow. Very helpful and informative. Helpful for everyday life.
I found the videos in this training very helpful. It would be easy to think you know it all but it is good to be reminded of the basic techniques as we are apt to take short cuts at times.
Good clear course, both spoken and with the bullet point summary.Shame that some of the screens wouldn't load properly and I had to go back and watch it again from the beginning, which was time wasting. Even this did not work sometimes.

I found this course really useful and intend to use the information on a daily basis.
I have had problems accessing my training on my personal computer at home. This means I have had to do the training whenever possible at work!!! The Manual Handling exercise itself was good and easy to follow.
