Manual Handling is a subject that is often greeted with "I know how to lift what a waste of time", but this course is short but detailed enough to make you stop and think before you lift, knowing what damage you could cause yourself long term. Highly recommended.

I like the video presentations demonstrating the correct lift procedures and the graphic showing the spine and how it works. I also like the facts/information about the body, the list weight ratios and the available chart. This is not information I had been made aware of in other manual handling learning.
Easy to follow and the bullet points at the end of each section were very helpful.
