Comprehensive

Perhaps too much emphasis on the physiological theory, and not enough of the practical side of things, but otherwise a good course. Test at the end a little too easy.

The training was not too long, easy to follow and very useful for any areas of life not just in work environment.

5/5
Too long and wrongful information.

The man demonstrating lift isn't lifting correctly. Every lift should start with both feet/heels placed evenly and safely at the ground. This is really important in a front squat/dead lift as the knee is taking on much pressure, and to keep balance. If you are starting a lift with uneaven pressure on you legs/knees you are not in balance and you are not producing as much energy as you would if you use both legs. In addition you are straining your working knee more than if you juse both legs.If the lifter is unable to lift with both heels on the ground he should seek help. Then he is unable to lift from a deep position.
