Mostly common sense that I have already been putting in to practice, with some new things to learn. In reality, however, there are situations either where I have no choice but carry a heavy box full of files without aid or I hesitate to ask for help, even if I felt I needed it, due to a number of reasons such as no one suitable in sight. So I think it's a great idea to break things down in to small loads wherever possible. In many cases, I usually chose to work on the spot, choosing to avoid heavy lifting.
The Manual Handling Training session was a nicely arranged and very easy to follow session. The videos didn't go on for too long which meant that important information wasn't lost.

Was well presented and easy to follow
Perhaps too much emphasis on the physiological theory, and not enough of the practical side of things, but otherwise a good course. Test at the end a little too easy.
I have now learned many things about HSE for iHasco.
