This was an informative and interesting course. I found it mostly intuitive but we do get a little complacent at times so I think it's a good reminder on how we should be looking after ourselves. I actually enjoyed watching and doing the test at the end.
Great if you work in an office (which I don't). Would be better if it covered high risk environments such as construction sites in adverse weather. To show a lady lifting a PC in an office lowers the credibility of the course and will cause a lot of people to switch off.

Explains about back injury and most common cause is posture, explains about lifting but nothing on posture, disappointing training only ½ the information!

After completing other modules, it did feel like we were covering the same ground at times.
This is an accessible course that is useful to all as the training in manual handling can be applied in everyday life. Although much of it is common sense there were many useful tips to take on board. Imagining the disc as a stress-ball was helpful and I liked the accompanying visuals. Thank you!

Great simple stages that make you think about your posture in general. I am now typing this summary with a straight back.
The only reason I'm giving the training videos 4 out 5 is cause I had some problems playing the training on Firefox pc version and had to download chrome to play them. Maybe think about a multi codedec, so it can be played on different browsers.
