The course programme was quite good and concise. However all the clicking was quite painful for my hand! Less clicking would be appreciated (option of one single video would have been better for people who find it painful to use the mouse for prolonged periods)
This was delivered with clear and concise information to include practical screen displays of subject matter.
The extra weight able to be lifted by a third person during a combined/team lift; the phrase "half as much again as a single person" was unclear but the figures given for the weights helped to work out that 3 people should lift up to 1 and 3 sixths as much as a single person

This was an interesting course, and included some facts I didn't previously know. An enjoyable way to carry out H&S training, and manual handling training in particular.
this course is very important and use full for employee and it was excellent clear instruction .
Enjoyed the course it was easy to get around.
