Easy to read and very usefull
Easy to follow course, where they made good use of visuals, and added some interesting facts. I did notice that this programme urges you not to take the stairs when carrying a load, but to take the lift instead because it's safer. The programme I did before this one, I think it was the Risk Assessment one, continuously showed the animation of someone walking up the stairs with a load, and did not comment on this. It just focussed on the cable that was on the floor in front of the stairs, and things like that. Seems a bit counter-productive to me.
Great content
It got me thinking on how we can slip into bad habits when lifting and we are only aware of what we did wrong when we injure our backs.
