Course gives a good knowledge and understanding base to be able to apply in the real world. It has good video tutorials on correct lifting procedure which are easy to understand and apply.
It was clear and concise and I did learn a lot from it.
Covered all areas I needed and the video clips were very useful
Informative and easy to understand
I liked the man who delivered the training he was very precise, informative and just the right amount of information not too long and boring . I especially liked the diagrams of the skeleton and the information given about the spinal discs.
I find that this should be something that we need training (physically)
