Just a small note: In one movie a table is being lifted by a man and a woman. In the course it is mentioned not to turn your spine whilst lifting but this rule is not followed in this movie.

Easy & clear. Useful information.
Had issues sizing various slides to fit the screen. The footage sessions showing the instructor was adequately sized but the slides were somewhat different - meaning in some cases bullet points at the lower end could not be seen so had to depend on the voice sessions. This is only reason why 4 stars is given instead of 5
The course was good but the test at the end was frustrating as I pressed the wrong answer by mistake and it immediately tells you if you are right or wrong. It would be good if you could confirm your answer before getting the answer.
