I have done a number of manual handling courses before, so nothing here was new to me. It was a simple course, logically laid out and very straight forward to complete.

delivered at a good pace with simple and easy instructions
Very clear information about how the back works and strategies to ensure safe handling of heavy objects. Some instructions were common sense but other details which had not occurred to me were very useful and will help me in life outside work as well as at the Bethany shop. A well designed programme. Thank you.
I have been on many physical courses of manual handling and the online version covers exactly the same areas. It is nicely done in short sections so you do not get too distracted with other things.
