A very helpful course providing information on how to protect your back.
It was a very good course.
It's an information course covering exactly what you need to do for your posture/health. Perfectly simple to understand and put into practise. It covers the whole of the foundation to keep you injury free and to practise best procedures and health wellbeing in life, work and play.
