This was a very good and learn able course that has helped me to understand the risks of moving and manually handling moving certain objects in my environments of the work place.
Very informative. Common Sense but a worthwhile reminder of how important my back is. I'll get my kids to take this course as they should know sooner rather than later how to lift loads safely and effectively.
