This course was very informative. It gave a good overview of all the aspects of manual handling. It is a good idea to have these refresher courses as it is so easy to get into bad habits.
Usefully practiced the guidance over the weekend at home.

Easy to use.Bit gender stereotyping on colour coding of male & female strengths etc! so that was not ok & somewhat offensive. + not in line with ED & I legislation.Bit too basic to the point of boredom. Maybe have different levels e.g.L1 L2 L3 L4.

Lots of detail and very informative, although it does seem quite a long winded in its portrayal of the information and therefore when you get to the test you are over whelmed with everything you have been listening to, plus trying to do it whilst you are at work is near on impossible
