All of the points in this course were very beneficial, interesting & useful but it was over simplified, broken down into too short sections & therefore boring. I felt like I was being treated like a child. It doesn't explain how to manoeuvre an object that is moving (eg a child)

The issue with the course is that all lifting activities are should in an office environment and all objects are should as boxes . Rarely do I or any of my workforce have to lift boxes . There is also lots of restricted access which effects the ability to rock an item to check its weight . Plus the fact that objects that require lift have been bolted in position for some time and will need freeing off before the are lifted .

Highly recommended. Very clear instructions. Vert good graphics and video. Presenter was clear with a relaxed but assertive style.

Found it very informative. I'm more aware of looking after myself at work and at home.
