Starightforward, painless, and good common sense. No issues.I would've given 5 stars if there had been an option to mail me the certificate. As it was, becaase I was using a computer off-site, I had to save it locally, then crank up a local web browser to get a mail client to a private mailbox, from there import the file as an attachment and then mail it to my work address. It would have been so much easier for the system to have done that for me (on request) and to have mailed it to me at an address specified.JohnP.S. My apologies if I missed such an option but I did hunt around and couldn't see one.
