This programme has learned me a lot of techniques that I can use in my workplace and in my everyday life which I didn't know beforehand. I have found this course very useful and helpful.
Well informed, taught me a lot about the correct way of carrying objects.
Good course some of the sections easy to remember which are applied to lifting things everyday. New information about team lifting and the medical aspects to help avoid injury. I did enjoy the questions some were a bit tricky!
