a good,clear and precise training with good use of videos to help.
Very basic, clear and provokes some thoughts on how "I" do lifting. The lead in takes too long selling the concept of how useful manual handling training is, those doing the course are already sold on the Idea or never will buy in but are doing it because they have to.
This was an easy to use course.The videos were boring but understandably it is a bit of a dry subject matter so nothing can really be done about that.

The course is easy to launch and to follow along. You don't have to complete it all in one attempt which is handy. The videos are concise and clear. The questions help to focus one's attention on the key points.
