Would ne interested to see how the message is delivered on more complex courses. This was very effective.
I've done many manual handling course before, this one is by far the best not only for the ease of use and knowledge gained its a great reminder on way you should be lifting and moving, Thanks Paul

Straight-forward common sense, easy to follow, paced video clips allows re-play to clarify a point if missed and some good points to think about, i.e. pushing, not pulling a trolley, so easy to get wrong if not thinking about it. Thank you.
A really good course, teaches you as well as a physical training course would. Efficient, as you can complete in your own time to fit in with work commitments. Highly recommend.
