simple and fun way to learn, good knowledge passed. However I am currently suffering from a bad back due to manual handling of trampolines. I don't think the processes I've jjust learnt can be applied to putting trampolines up and away. so to improve manual handling for different shaped objects not just square boxes. and what to do when putting weight in legs isn't possib;e
