The videos explained manuel handeling very well and made it easy to understand
For people who have never been informed about manual handling, all the information given here is awesome. I was amazed to learn about the 10:1 ratio of pressure on the lower back when lifting objects. I would have never known that. I do a lot of lifting at home in the garden etc. Recently I did experience pain when trying to pull out a heavy root. I would have taken care of handling the situation better had I taken the course earlier. I am glad I took this course and am now aware of giving respect to my lower back! Thank you!
