Simple to understand visually and gives you time to ponder on an answer if not understood at first. no pressure and easy to answer.
The course is particularly thorough and concise dealing will all relevant manual handling criteria. The examined post course review ensures that all salient points are reinforced.
Very thorough and easy to use course - everything is very clearly explained, using helpful videos, infographics and examples to illustrate the different points.For someone who is already familiar with the 'theory' of manual handling there might be quite a lot of information that feels quite basic, but as this course goes into a lot of detail about its subject matter, I think even very experienced warehouse workers will learn new things through it.It's also great that the course emphasizes that these skills are very important in all areas of life!
Very easy to follow and informative training, however much of the video presentation failed. Luckily you could still read the transcript but the intermittent reading then video commentary made for a slightly messy training session.
