Useful combination of work and life related aspects to manual handling. All to often in the past I have seen employers only worry about work related issues. However, this course seemed to recognise that employees spend more time away from the workplace than at it and brought that home a few times.
Constant gaps between 10 second videos is distracting. Corner to corner lifting with one hand only supporting the load is not in the best way to carry.

First Manual Handling course I have ever enjoyed (used to be a nurse, so have done many). Very well presented. Factual. Easy to complete with relevant test questions!
