This was very helpful and useful, In my opinion could do with a bit more on site manual handling as a posed to office manual handling

The course is good, yet death by videos and power-point is not for everyone, coupled with having to make time to carry this out especially when you are very busy, also can get you annoyed from the start. The only real issue i have is no certificate ????? so whats the point if i have no physical proof ?? the idea of such training is to obtain certification to prove that i am competent in a certain area.
The course explained to me the correct way to manual hand in day to day life and at work. The program itself was simple to use. I believe the the questions were adequate enough to test my knowledge on what i had just learned.
