There was logical development of the subject, explanation of the body and why and how to do things safely. Realistic scenarios acted out and re-played, some in slow motion. Good reviews of each section.

When flows ie. not the very short chunks which are just irritating it works much better. Examples of manual handling worked much better online than I would have thought and it was a reasonably quick and useful refresher.
Good content with excellent advice for work and home.
